BigWim Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BigWim platform at bigwim.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BigWim.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not attempt to register or deposit. Accessing the platform in any capacity — even just browsing — indicates your acknowledgement of these terms.

These terms apply to all users of BigWim, including registered players, visitors, and anyone accessing the platform via the mobile app or website.

To use BigWim, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one BigWim account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any associated balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and current information. This includes your full name, contact details, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. BigWim will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, you should contact BigWim support immediately. Do not share your account access with any other person.

All financial transactions on BigWim are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.

Deposits: Funds must be deposited from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — even from family members — are not permitted. BigWim does not charge a deposit fee from its side, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges for certain transfer types.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same method used for the deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be held pending the completion of any outstanding account checks. BigWim reserves the right to request documentation before releasing funds.

Minimum amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply. These are displayed clearly within the Deposit section of the platform and may vary by payment method.

Fraudulent transactions: Any deposit found to have been made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the entire balance. BigWim cooperates with payment providers to investigate suspected fraud.

BigWim offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international cricket, and other major sporting occasions.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each offer is stated on the Promotions page.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and cannot be withdrawn directly as cash until wagering requirements are met.
• BigWim reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or abuse of promotional structures — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• BigWim reserves the right to amend, cancel, or reclaim a bonus at any time if it determines that the offer was claimed in a manner inconsistent with fair play or these terms.

BigWim offers a range of games across Slots, Casino, Fish Games, and Bingo categories. All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are fair and independent. No outcome is predetermined by BigWim or influenced by previous results.

By playing on BigWim, you acknowledge the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and cannot be predicted, influenced, or reversed after the result is confirmed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BigWim. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any portion of the BigWim platform, including game logic, source code, or security systems.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your BigWim account to another person.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or to facilitate illegal financial transactions.
• Deliberately providing false information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with BigWim.

BigWim cooperates with relevant parties to investigate suspected fraud and illegal activity. Any confirmed case of prohibited conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.

BigWim collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and promotions. BigWim does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

BigWim uses secure encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials.

You may close your BigWim account at any time by contacting support. Any eligible real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

BigWim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Inactivity — accounts that have not been logged into for an extended period may be marked as dormant and subject to review.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, BigWim reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both deposited funds and bonus balances, where the breach involved prohibited conduct such as fraud, collusion, or multi-accounting.

BigWim provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is stable, accessible, and fair, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, BigWim shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from your use of the platform, including gaming losses.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, server issues, or force majeure events.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including displayed RTP figures or promotional materials.

Nothing in these terms limits BigWim's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

BigWim reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
